SourceGround is run by a former IT Team Lead and Local Information Security Officer from a Tier-1 automotive supplier, working with a lead IATF 16949 auditor. The advice reflects what an assessor checks, what a plant can actually implement, and what a group security officer will sign off.
Founder
The founder has led IT and held the LISO role at a Tier-1 automotive supplier site, and took that site through TISAX assessment while operating under an IATF 16949 quality system. That work covered MES and ERP operations, plant network security and the evidence an assessor expects. A lead IATF 16949 auditor now covers quality-system scope. Employer-specific and NDA-covered details are not disclosed. A headshot will be added here; plant floor imagery is planned for a later version pending an approved photo shoot.

Every finding maps to a control in the catalogue and to a document or configuration that proves it.

Changes are planned around shifts and maintenance windows. Nothing is switched off without the plant’s agreement.

One person, end to end
The consultant who runs the assessment is the one on call during the audit.

References are given directly, under NDA, when a prospective client asks for them.

Automation Readiness is only offered once controls, owners and evidence are in place.
